Art Deco Do Up - Plasterwork

We have an sold Art Deco do up house with fibrous plasterboard ceilings in the master bedroom, living and hallway. We will be painting throughout but before we do we need to level the ceiling with screw fixing and washers etc then make good with plaster skim finish, fully prepped prior to painting.
