Rats/mice in roof

We have some rats in our roof. We caught one in a trap last week but sounds like there may be a couple in the roof. There is easy access for them from a tree next to house. Would like someone to come and get rid of the rats and block how ever they are getting into the roof. House is 80sqm 2 bedroom house with easy access to the roof.

Hi, I have wasps in two locations on my roof, the first is at the end of a ridge cap at the gutter end in which I will attach a photo, the second is at the end of one of my valleys, also at the gutter end. Wasps gone!

***It's critical that product used is pet safe as I have a guide dog puppy. I can have him removed from home for a few days if needed.*** Kill wasps that are in a sleep-out wall (they seem to enter the window frame) and under the corner inside roof/gutter. I need them gone, and not coming back. The sleepout is easy access and the roof might be reachable but a small ladder prob best.
