Hornet/wasp nest removal

Hi I have got 4 hornet/wasp nest developed underneath the roof area, as seen in the picture. They are all together 4, three are seen in the picture and 4th one by the deck on the side of the driveway. Rat infestation in rental unit

Our tenants have reported that sleepout unit in Avondale's property got some rats in the roof cavity and potentially inside some walls. They here noise at night, urine smell present and some yellow marks on the ceiling appear. They put some traps and poison in the roof space (there is a hatch), but the professional is required for proper control and cleaning.

We have an issue with birds that had previously nested in our range hood vent (see photos) - they are no longer there. We are getting all the dust etc from their nest come down the vent when we turn it on. Need someone to come and clean it out and future proof any birds getting in there. Spray ceiling cavity for borer
