My backyard step pavers were loose,so I called a handyman who promised he could fix it. Instead,he left the surface messy and uneven-a small problem became a disaster. Disappointed,I found a real professional,Ryan.He was honest: a full redo was the only fix.Since the original paver was discontinued, he chose an ochre-red tile matching the brick wall, done carefully over two days.I wish I'd found Ryan first. Lesson: paving is skilled work,not a handyman's job.Find the right person from the start.
