Job description
We need exterior painted of our duplex rear unit. All weatherboards, entry deck, steps, fascia, eaves. Roof not needed. Rear gable end is high and will need scaffolding. We want it painted before winter. The gable end fascia is exposed so we want it covered to avoid rot. The property is tenanted so viewing will be by appointment and with tenant approval.

John has been outstanding on this job. Excellent communications all the way through keeping us up to date. He never wanted to cut corners so we can trust he has been thorough. Our house is now totally waterproof and good for another 10 years. How wonderful. Thanks
