Entire interior re-paint

Entire inside of 2 and a half bedroom home in central Whangarei needs painting with oil based paint and in one colour, skirting, window jambs, doors, walls, ceilings. It is going to get new carpet in rooms and hallway and floors in the lounge kitchen and dining will have to be masked and covered as they are hardwood timber. It would be great if the work could be started in the next few weeks as it has been brought to have a quick makeover and go on the rental market.
