Quote please: Build internal wall, dismantle an internal wall and odd jobs

I have some internal building work to do in my apartment: (1) Build internal wall - I require an internal wall (with door) to be built in my apartment, which includes reconfiguring lights and light switches. (2) Dismantle another internal wall (non load bearing) - I have another internal wall I would like to dismantle, which includes reconfiguring the light swtiches. Odd jobs - Build cabinet for kitchen. Advice for installing dish washer. Advice on installing tv connection in two separate rooms. Somes patches of painting work. Fixing dents in walls. Fixing the front door that is difficult to open at times.
