Our roof had a water leak so now there's a few holes thanks to the 'drying' team. We need a bit of insulation replaced that was water-logged and removed, and the ceilings patched, prepped and painted. The lounge is a cathedral style so expect may require scaffolding, while the bedroom repair is a bit more straightforward. (see pics for both) Keen to get quotes and then the work done asap.
