Urgent small job - dining room + corridor + touch-ups in the stairwell

In a small townhouse (about 70sqm) in Te Aro, 1/ repaint the dining room (about 16sqm) walls (ceiling excluded). Some holes to fill where paintings were hanging and small scratches / damages to the wall to fix. Paint colour must match the existing (a sort of greenish light eggshell colour). 2/ repaint the bathroom exterior walls = corridor (length about 3 m / height about 2.4 m). Paint colour must match the existing (a sort of greenish light eggshell colour) 3/ touch ups in the stairwell - I have noticed some small areas where the wrong colour was applied ... 4/ optional, depending on the quote, there might be additional budget to paint the storage room under the stairs.
