Paint elevated section of house

Need house exterior repainted. I'll be painting the majority but need a pro to come and do the upper floor of the south side of the house as I dont have the gear or balls to reach that high. Painting will be from roofline (timber) down to bottom of the fiber cement planks. I'll do the sections below that. Width is approx 8.5m. As it's a duplex and my neighbour isn't keen on DIY'ing her own side, she may want a quote for painting the entirety of her side of the duplex. We'll be picking a different colour to what's shown.

John and his team did a great job. They communicated well, worked hard, double checked the specs for the job, reviewed their work when done, and checked everything was okay before sending the invoice.
