House needs a refresh, last done over 20 years ago. Approximate house area is 76m2, single level but high roof line. Good access to all parts of the house (see photos), nothing fixed that will stand in your way. House is native timbers, but back part of house is clad in steel. Small repairs will need to be done to window putty etc (see photos) to prep for painting. Side fences don't need painting, front fence will.
