There are two dwellings on site, both need all currently stained areas fully recoated with Cabots. The areas to be stained on both dwellings can be seen on Google Maps street view. ALL fascia boards on both dwellings are to be prep'd, undercoated and two top coats in existing colours. Two apex's on one dwelling also require prep'd and painted as above. Job to be completed by 30th November 2022
