Skim coat and paint bedroom walls

Hello! We're in the process of removing the old wallpaper from a small room (11m2), when we're finished we're wanting to have it professionally skim coated and painted. We'd like the work done asap, as we're wanting to get our daughter settled in her new room before our second child is born end of May! We're in Henderson.
