Painting whole house and potentially window frames
Job description
The house has been built in 1950 and has got a black coat of exterior paint. We want to change it to white and depending on cost see if we can also include exterior painting of he wooden window frames and windows. There are 2 decks, one at the front and one at the back but they shouldn't create impediment to the painting. Some weatherboards need some fixing and potentially replacement. If the person is able to do that as well, it can be part of this job otherwise we will get the boards fixed beforehand. The back of the house will require high ladder and the access at the back is via a narrow walkway. Available during the weekend or week to show the house and get a free quote.
