4 year old house just needs a wee touch-up as it has marks, particularly around children's height level. Paint is white (will be advised of paint colour soon). House is 120sqm, 2 storied, with 3 x bedrooms. I believe stud height is 2.7m. Would be wonderful to get it done between 14th - 17th January please. House will be empty.
