1 Bedroom unit (30sqm) in Te Atatu South requires a re-paint inside (walls, ceilings, trim). The existing paint inside is not in too bad a condition, just dated. Tenant moves out 11/Feb. New carpet will go down after painting. Potentially a small amount of outdoor painting as well.

Paul was quick to view the job, got the quote out fast, and actioned the work quickly. The paint job looks great, so happy with workmanship. All was on budget and job was well priced. Rating for schedule and comms is simply because there was a 3 days overrun on an estimated 4 day job (Mon - Thur became Mon - Tue next week). Paul didn't ring to let me know, I had to query him for job progress status. Would prefer better communication on job progress. I recommend Paul and I'd use him again.
