Lining paper for ceiling.

I have a ceiling that needs to be lined in lining paper. The ceiling has been plaster skim coated and requires lining paper to be installed. Ceiling is approx 28m2. Stud height approx 2.7m stud. Job is to supply and install.

Paint Stripping (lead based) and repainting exterior weather board house

This job relates to another posted under cladding..."Repair weatherboard exterior walls, or recladding and insulating exterior walls". If we decide to repair, strip and paint the existing weatherboards, we would like to discuss paint stripping lead based paint and repainting the exterior. If we opt with recladding, then it would involve less paint stripping and repainting the exterior. Thanks.

Wallpaper small bathroom

Our small bathroom is approx 1.6m x 2m with an entrance way and a shower unit in it so not a huge room. A small amount of plastering / prep work will be needed as we took out the laundry units earlier before the Wall paper will need to be hung so Im thinking a local would be ideal as its just a small job but probably over two days??
