Hi, after a price to prep and paint the exterior of my weatherboard house. Approx 110m2, it does require a bit of prep work, filling in gaps, some of the window frames will need new putty and there may be a couple of weather boards that need replacing. But is in pretty good condition overall. Site has easy access.
