Roof and exterior house paint

Hi there I am after someone to paint the exterior of my rental house and also the roof. The dwelling is a 2 bedroom, one level rectangular, weatherboard, 100m2 approx attached unit. The scope of the work is as following requiring spot sanding and priming (and filling where required) before painting: 1) The front and back door, and window frames (all of which are wooden); 2) The exterior of the house (weatherboards); 3) The concrete base; 4) Roof (needs treatment, cleaning and spot priming); 5) Fascias and soffits; 6) Garage door; 7) Plastic guttering and spouting need sanding and painting. I am after a quote please and also need to know availability and time frame. Please also advise the brand of paint you use. If you need the address please let me know.
