Paint splashes on walls, windows, downpipe and fascia

When neighbours were painting their fence, no protection was used and we ended up with paint splashes on our external walls, windows, downpipe and fascia. We need a painter that can come and remedy this. Ours is a new build, 3 months old only. Bricks are painted, with 3 coats of paint.
