Smallish Painting Job: Soffits - Urgent

We are preparing a house for sale and need to smarten the place up before the first open home! We need someone to come and paint the soffits of our 200SQM single story house. The house is available to be painted 19th to the 24th September. We will pre clean the exterior and provide the paint. We just need you and a ladder. Some of the soffits are about 2.4 high some 3.4 high.
