gentle chemwash, Seal any cracks in the plaster exterior and around all joinery, repaint the exterior with 2 coats of Dulux elastometric paint. we can supply on scaffolding tower. I will add exterior photos tomorrow as we don't have access to the site yet. Job to ideally start October 9th. plans attached
