Paint high interior entrance hall

I have painted my entrance hall recently however it has very high eaves and I am unable to reach. I would like someone to come and finish off the painting for me. I have the paint. You will probably need a high ladder and maybe a plank/scaffold to finish it all off. I also need some touch ups done where the paint has gone on the ceiling/skirting.
