90sqm early 1900s double bay cottage. Entire front of building and window/trim on either side of house. Photos and details of job attached. Start date possibly mid-September. Please fully consider that this house is old and may have lead paint on some surfaces. - West facing side of house (facing road). Complete prep and paint of all services except roof. - North facing side (next to driveway). Only windows, frames and french doors etc. Weatherboard already painted recently. - Southwest corner.
