Paint exterior upper level of house

We require quote to paint the upper level of our 2 storey house and would like to commence work by end of Feb at the latest. We have attached photos showing work required. Scaffolding will be required and it is preferable you have your own. Scaffold Bolts are inbuilt on front and rear of house. Work involves painting front and rear and two gables. Replacing rotten barge board and possibly some window frame edging. The gable on right side is not watertight probably due to rotten wood. Half of the rear of the house sits above a conservatory. The driveway is flat, large and easily accessible. Thanks, Kate
