Interior House Painting

Just bought a house which was previously tenanted. Looking to get interior house painted, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, internal garage. 137sqm built up, standard ceiling height. There are small cracks to the walls made by door handles by previous tenants, slightly bigger wall damage in the laundry which require fixing, pictures are available. We have no access to the house to get on-site quotes, painters will need to work with floor plans and extensive pictures for a estimate quote. Timeline: First 2 weeks of Oct, carpets are also being changed, so painters will not have to worry too much about damaging current carpets. New home buyers - job pricing will be a sensitive point. Looking at no more than approximately $8K for everything inclusive.
