Painting wooden walls and ceiling white

I want to paint the walls and ceiling of my living, dining and kitchen white (they are currently wood and there are wooden ceiling beams too) plus about 20-24 doors throughout the house white. The three rooms are connected and total length about 18m by 5m wide. The ceiling is sloped however, from about 5m height at one side down to about 2.5m (very approximate) on the other side. See pics.
