.Approx 50sq. m area of ceiling in hall, bedroom and bathroom need repainting, waterproof where appropriate. Some patches of heat cracking of existing paint will need sanding back and resealing. Other work possible in short term…to be discussed if agreed and subject to satisfactory completion of this work.

Very efficient , professional,and easy to deal with, although communication was fractured. Job was finished in a much shorter time than estimated. Advised that this was because preparation work was not as extensive as provided for in the quote. Time will be the only measure of effectiveness of the work done but, on the surface, it looks good and is a huge improvement.. Thanks Kim
