The house is a lockwood style with exposed beams and a reasonably high ceiling. The bathroom itself is average in size. It has previously been painted over polyurethane without proper preparation and the paint is chipped in places and has gone mouldy. The walls and ceiling are all timber. It needs appropriate preparation and repainting. Forrest Hill/Sunnynook area. The house is currently vacant. Urgent job needed please.
