7-yr-old Plaster House 2 Storey Exterior Paint
Job description
We have a 2 storied plaster house in Browns Bay. Built two-thousand-and-four. It is due for an exterior paint. There is also an exterior garden wall of the same material with some cracks that would need repairing. Also a paint required of the front door which is wooden. There is a shed that is close to the garage wall so not sure what can be done there - are you strong enough to move it? Also some plants may be in the way - we may co-ordinate with a landscaper to remove if required. We are looking to obtain 3 quotes. This is a high quality home and we will be looking for top quality paint and finish. Happy with anytime between now and Feb, whatever suits you.

Evan completed the work in good time and to an extremely high standard. There were unfortunately some broken roof tiles which we had to highlight, and only 1 coat of paint done on the front door where it should have had 2. But the quality of the sealing and painting of the exterior as a whole was fantastic.

"The front door did not have one coat, it had two coats. One undercoat and one finish coat of which you where well aware of as you watch me do it. As far as the roof tile i broke one tile, then one inspection other where found of which i arranged to have repaired and payed half the cost of."
