We will have the area professionally cleaned before the work is carried out. The work that will need to be carried out is the preparation and painting of the exterior non-brick surfaces of the house. There are 7 large windows and a 3 areas of hardiboard and the soffit that require painting. Depending on price we may consider having the roof painted aswell.
