House clean and exterior tidy up

We have a 80sqm weatherboard villa which needs an exterior clean and probably a moss & mould treatment before repainting in some areas. The paintwork needs to be scraped and repainted with primer and topcoat in places. The existing paintwork is around 13 years old. The windows will also need to be re-puttied in places and these areas painted. There may also be small areas of rot which will need removing/ treating. Ceiling painting + stripping

We need to repaint the ceilings on our rental property. Some of them are in ok condition, but some of them are peeling and probably need to be stripped back. The ceiling in the kitchen, dining, lounge, and half the hallway are regular height. The three bedrooms and half of the hallway are higher stud, perhaps 3.3m?

Painter required for 1 day work - Thursday 9 March

We are looking for someone to paint 9 - 10 freestanding event walls on Thursday 9th March in Te Aroha. Each wall is 2.4 H x 1.2 W x. 5D The walls will need 2x coats of paint each. You would need to have all equipment to do the painting other than the paint which will be supplied.
