Just a Lick Of Paint - Rental Interior Re-Fresh

Our renter has moved out and cleaned up but it needs a re-fresh paint-job on the door jambs, walls & ceiling. 2 coats min. Priority areas are open concept Lounge/Kitchen & Bedroom. Briefly, in the lounge/bedroom we intend to leave wall paint as is but repaint in Resene 1/2 Akaroa, semigloss: - both sides of lounge / bedroom door jambs, - the kitchen side of the door jamb to the laundry, - the inside backdoor leaf, also the walls of the kitchen in 1/2 Akaroa, low sheen. Ceiling: The lounge-kitchen /bedroom ceiling & exposed beams need to be repainted in the same ceiling flat white colour. The exposed beams will need Resene StainLock or similar to prevent previous dark stain treatment bleeding through again (exposed beams had a white coat was done in --- Buiding Permit plan pic for area calcs attached.Please check area & dimension maths on site!

Jared from Uphill Ltd is helpful with good suggestions for our re-paint job, versatile when we needed a varied quote as our needs changed & importantly very good with communications - we didn't need to chase up to see how things were going. Also because Jared is also a builder he was able to offer minor handywork services which helped enormously with work flowstaging. We are now offering him more work including interior building work.
