Interior Paint Job for Entire House

We would like the interior of our home repainted throughout - this includes all walls, ceilings, doors, trims and window sills. Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining, kitchen, hallway and living area with high ceilings. Downstairs is a large rumpus, bathroom, kitchenette, dinging and bathroom. All surfaces are painted already, with some chipping. There is some minor plastering to be done to repair some damage to walls, so if your are able to do this as well it would be ideal so we don't have to get a plasterer in. We will be looking to do this in about 6 - 8 weeks.
