I have a 180m house i have bought which needs new paint top to bottom but will do it in stages. Initially i will get the interior done with new paint in most rooms over a variety of new gib, old paint and wall paper and timber doors. Also a bit of tidying up of the timber joinery both inside and out. I also have some doors to be painted on my existing house which i am preparing for sale. The main work will start after settlement on the 25th Sept. There is some wall lining and some skimming to be done but that will hopefully be completed while other areas are painted. I am having a site visit on Thursday14th morning so would like to arrange time then to inspect the job.

The painting itself was great and all walls and ceilings came up great. Unfortunately the prep of the old joinery was a bit lax leading to an average finish there. I have also had to deal with paint splatter and drips on new light fittings, tiles, carpet and on my new washing machine, which is disappointing. Great communication and excellent price. Would highly recommend on new or tidy surfaces or a rental but the surface protection is something they need to be more careful with.
