Need ceilings and scotia painted in kitchen and living room - all open plan. Lounge is 7m x 4.8m, combined kitchen/dining area is similar. Total area is 63m2. Stud height is 2.7m (all flat, no slopes). Ceiling is gib in good condition, had a cleaner in to clean it in 2016.
