House currently has 3 bedrooms and one hallway with painted over wallpaper. Previous tenants has ripped off some wallpaper with stickers. Looking for experienced tradesperson to remove wallpaper, skim to a paint finish, seal and paint 2 coats. To include light sand and prep of skirting and architraves and paint with white enamel. Hallway: 8 doorways, 8m long x 1.5m wide approx. Windows not included. Bedroom 1: 3.5m x 3m, includes single wardrobe prep & paint. Windows not included. Bedroom 2 (master): 2 doorways, 5m x 3.5m, includes double wardrobe prep & paint. Windows not included. Office: 2.5m x 2.5m with single wardrobe prep & paint. Includes window frame. Please advise on costs and availability. Please don't apply unless you are able to carry out the work sometime over the next 2-3 weeks or earlier.

Great communication and advice from Che. Team responded quickly with quote and walk through and got on with things promptly. A few glitches along the way but these were rectified, and mostly due to time pressures on the extras due to being in high demand. Worked in with other trades.
