Exterior painting - 49m² Linea Board

We need approximately 49m² of linea board to be painted as the paint has faded quite a bit in places that get the most sun and we are putting our house on the market in the next 2 weeks. The house is 10 years old and hasn't been repainted. The surface is in good condition so just needs cleaning and painting - possibly only 1 coat to make it look good? There is also approx 7.2m² of timber boards above the entrance way that need painting also. These may need a quick sand before painting. Please provide 2x quote options. - Option 1 = 1x coat. - Option 2 = 2x coats. We will supply the paint. Access is good. The chimney is 4.9m high which will need some sort of ladder or scaffolding. We need this completed asap within the next 12 days if possible as we need to get our house on the market urgently.
