URGENT Paint job - selling house - back stairs area badly need repainting

We are selling our lovely former family home - so we are tidying up the place and the back stairs area badly needs re-painting (see photo). Also the stairs and landing need a good water-blast. Ideally, job needs to be done next week or ASAP

I found Andras to be exceptional in all respects - top communication - very proactive and prompt. Very hard working and the job was great value for money. He was very flexible re: his schedule - to be able to fit this job in at short notice. He takes much pride in his work and has a great eye for detail. I would 100% recommend Andras for any painting job.
