Paint house exterior and roof

I have a 100-year old home that is tenanted and needs a refresh paint job to the exterior and roof. The house has quite a high pitch so I think will likely need scaffolding for whoever is going to do the job? Looking at quotes to do the job. I have uploaded pictures of the house but will take the prospective painter around to the house to take a look at the job and what's required.

I' very grateful to Joefrey and his team who did a great job painting my house. The place was tired and in need of a refresh, which Joefrey and his crew did. I was very happy with the preparation work the guys did on the house before painting. Joefrey is very easy to work with, has great communications and the work was done at a surprisingly very good price. There were no surprises after Joefrey provided the quote . I would definitely recommend Frux painters for your next paint job.
