Residential House - windows and trims painting job only. Classic weatherboard villa with tri-colour palette, the darks colours have blistered and peeled and some face putty has gone. Very small iron detail on verandah, 3 bedroom approx 100m2 floor area. Quote required for preparation & painting exterior wash for windows and trims. Strip, Sand, Fill and Prime - two coats paint. First priority: Windows doors and trim-work, Gable ends fascia, Wrought iron and posts (some timber work required). Secondary quote: Weather boards in trim-work, Roof.
