Ceiling and window remediation and paint

My between-tenancies maintenance workload has blown out so I'm after some help with the work, hence the last minute ad. If you've had some availability open up and can crack this out next week (Monday 9th - Wednesday 11th) then get in touch with your rates and let's do it. House 1: Scrape, sand, prime and repaint a bathroom ceiling that's flaking above the shower. Roughly 1.5x2.5m. This has been done twice now with water based enamel but I can't recall what primer was used. Will take your advice but assume priming with Sureseal is going to be the resolution, and perhaps oil based top coats if we have enough drying time. 500m walk away; House 2: Sand, prime and paint a deteriorating window. There is isolated rot that needs to be carved out and bogged up but obviously the sashes and reveal will need to be repainted at the same time so it doesn't look like a manky DIY patch up. The total unit is roughly 2x1m. I figure this is a time and materials jobbie so let me know your hourly rate and if you're comfortable giving a time estimate from the photos that would be great. The deadline I've got to make is all finished on the 11th for the window and 12th for the ceiling, and we can start first thing on the 9th. Both houses are on/next to Chambers St. Cheers
