Paint lounge ceiling

We are looking for a painter to paint our lounge ceiling and cornices. It's roughly 4m x 7m. It's a high ceiling (maybe 10 or 11 foot) - 2 parts of the ceiling are sloped on a 45 degree angle; these lead to the highest part, which is flat (hard to explain, but shown in photos). We have painted the ceilings in the rest of the house ourselves without any trouble, we just don't have a ladder to get up high enough for this ceiling. The quote doesn't need to include paint, we will just get some Easy Coat Ceiling paint.
