We have a brick home with wooden windows, sills, fascia etc that need maintenance painting. This job involves preparation of the surfaces and painting. The areas are in various states due to lack of maintenance by the previous owner, but no rot is visible so far and we believe most, if not all areas will be able to be stripped back and painted without any replacement of woodwork. We would like two quotes: Quote 1) paint the wooden areas (windows and sills, fascias, and the area above front window - all of the 'red' areas) 2) paint all of the above + the lower section of rough cast (white area on photos) Note: the balustrade will NOT be painted as we are going to replace. We anticipate proceeding with this job as soon as possible to complete before the weather gets any colder. Photos show South, East, North, West elevations, and then detail shots of the windows, rough cast etc. Thanks for considering. Andrew
