Exterior Painting - Leckhampton Court

Looking for qualified, insured and professional painters to freshen up the exterior of our property in Leckhampton Court, Clyde Hill. It is a 90sqm weatherboard villa, with wooden and metal details. Looking for quotes for cleaning, sanding and painting of just the windows, doors, soffits, and decorative metal frames, as well as a separate quote for painting the entire exterior (excluding the roof). Some of the woodwork is not in great condition, and may need replaced prior to painting, so this will need to be assessed. Metal will need rust treatment. Weatherboards are mostly in good condition.
