Replace Scrim

I am looking at purchasing a house in the North East Valley, Dunedin. A building inspection report has indicated the walls in the Lounge, Hallway and two Bedrooms have scrim and sarking wall lining. I understand it is impossible to give a detailed quote without viewing the property however if possible I would like to get a rough estimate for the cost of relining the walls including removing the scrim, insulating external walls, gibbing, plastering and painting? A diagram showing the layout and dimensions of walls is attached along with some photos. Should I go on to purchase the property I will arrange to get a proper quote.
