Prepare and seal ornate ceiling

Looking for someone to please prepare and seal an ornate plaster lounge ceiling. I will then paint the top coats myself. There are a few parts where the paint is flaking as it wasn't properly sealed last time (see pictures) but otherwise in reasonable condition. The room dimensions are 4.6m x 4.6m.
