Exterior house painting

We need someone to finish painting the exterior of our small house in NEV as we didn't quite get it all done last summer. Still to be done is the south facing wall and parts of the north facing and front wall, plus some of the window frames. Should be pretty straightforward although may require some scaffolding for the front. Paint is already purchased. Please note that if you are self-employed we may ask for a reference due to a really bad experience with someone who started the interior painting at this property.
