Older but tidy bungalow seeks attention from fun non smoking painter

Painting wooden window frames and surrounds in recently retro fitted double glazed windows in three bedrooms in a bungalow. Some windows were replaced during the retrofitting process and are new and undercoated but some require prep to remove old paint before they can be painted. Happy to negotiate whole job or labour only with paint supplied by home owner. Breakdown of options in quote please and looking at getting this done within the next 8 weeks.
