Kitchen painted

We have a few touch ups in our kitchen that need painting. One spot above a window, where the people putting in the windows put a hole in the wall. Another spot above the kitchen bench, where the guy putting the kitchen bench in scratched up the wall. The third spot behind the rangehood where the electrician put the switch for the rangehood in the wrong place to start with. The spot above the window shouldn't need patching; just painted. The scratches on top of the bench may need patched a bit just to smooth out the wall before painting. I can't remember how much of a touch up the wall behind the rangehood needs. This could either be just the touchups listed above, or the whole wall needed painting. A quote for just touchups and also a quote for the whole wall would be great. This is a rental so I am unable to check the specifics of the work.
